The content of this website may only be used for the following: browsing information, online shopping, requesting information, placing orders. No data or content from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without Hunnies Mercantile’s prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or copying of any content appearing on this website may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards with no additional surcharge with your purchase. An exact billing address and telephone number associated with the credit card must be provided. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Upon shipment, the transaction will be processed on the credit card provided.
Also accepted are money orders, cashier’s checks, personal/company cheques for orders made from this website (in Canadian Dollars only). Please allow up to 10 banking days before the order is processed. Orders will be processed upon receipt of a money order, cashier’s check, personal/company cheques. Hunnies Mercantile cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. Hunnies Mercantile will charge a $25 fee for NSF cheques.
Shipping Policy
Products normally ship within 24 hours after receiving cleared funds and will be mailed as they become available. If your order is received on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday, it will be shipped by the next business day.
Ordering in a timely fashion is encouraged as we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Shipping or transit time stated by Hunnies Mercantile or other parties is an estimate only.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will inform you of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Taxes
Hunnies Mercantile shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable taxes for orders to be delivered within Canada. Outside of Canada, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes applicable.
Return Policy
Hunnies Mercantile guarantees your complete satisfaction. Defects in manufacturing, workmanship, or incorrect products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Multiple Product Orders
For online orders that contain multiple products, all products will be shipped at the same time. Unless informed otherwise by the purchaser, products that are not available at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. The purchaser will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. Purchaser will only be charged at the rate quoted on the purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Hunnies Mercantile reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order for any reason. Your receipt/email confirmation of an online order does not signify our acceptance of your order, constitute confirmation of our offer to sell, or to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item.
Other Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes at any time to this website including policies, terms, and conditions. These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Hunnies Mercantile signs them or not.

We are highly committed to ensuring our customers privacy. We do not sell, share, or exchange our customer’s names, email addresses, or any other information with third parties. We believe in giving you full disclosure about the information we gather and what we do with it

Personally identifiable information from our customers may have been gathered from orders or requests through our online store, various contact forms, or from our newsletter opt-in form. This information includes, but not limited to: name, mailing address, email address, demographic information, interests and preferences, user defined settings.
We may use the information collected to contact our customers through both email/regular mail to alert them of new products, services, or announcements. We use demographic and profile data to tailor our visitor´s experience on our site and displaying the content according to their preferences.
You have the option to instruct us not to use your name, address, email address, etc. beyond providing the necessary information with regards to the product, information or service you requested. We make every reasonable effort to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control. Our security policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as required.
Your credit card information will only be used to process your orders. For increased security, your credit card number is not stored on our website after a transaction is made. Hunnies Mercantile only has access to a partial credit card number for a reference. Our banking institution payment gateway provider stores your credit card information on their highly secure systems.

Our website and hosting server, which is state-of-the-art, is continually maintained. We ensure the latest security updates, firewall protection and antivirus defense systems are used.
Visitor Tracking and Use of Cookies
In order to personalize your experience on our website, “cookies” are used to keep track of your current shopping session. This allows you to retrieve your shopping cart at any time and each time you visit our website, we automatically recognize your IP address, Internet service provider, operating system platform, and browser type. You cannot be identified as an individual based on our website log files although statistical information on which pages and images are accessed will be recorded. We track statistical information (number of impressions/click throughs) from our electronic newsletter campaigns however, this is not reported on a per subscriber basis.
Typographical Errors
In the event of a typographical error for a product price or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, Hunnies Mercantile has the right to refuse or cancel any orders with the incorrect price. Whether the order has been confirmed or a charge has been placed on a credit card, Hunnies Mercantile has the right to refuse or cancel any such order. In the case of a charged credit card for the order of an incorrectly listed product Hunnies Mercantile shall immediately issue a credit to your card in the amount of the incorrect price once the order has been canceled.
